So, it seems like I've spent all week waiting for the phone to ring. Yesterday, I found out that the results for Andraia's EEG were at the doctor's office but I had to wait for the doctor to read them and call us. Have I ever mentioned how impatient I am?
Luckily, I was just sitting down to blog about how much I hate waiting for the phone to ring when...the phone rang! Not the doctor, but my wonderful friend Jacque. Just calling to see if we knew anything. Then, in the middle of our conversation, my cellphone rang. It was the doctor.
The results are.....NORMAL!!!
In a way, I'm not very excited to hear that, because it leaves me with questions.
Did she really have seizures at school?
Was it something else?
Do I still need to watch her like a hawk, just in case?
But I would rather have normal results and be confused than hear that something is horribly wrong.
I truly believe that there has been something going on, but all of the prayers and the blessing from Earl did what they were supposed to do. Our little girl is healthy and happy. We haven't noticed any more problems. What a blessing.
We are so lucky to have friends and family who support and love us. And worthy priesthood holders who were able to help with her blessing. Miracles really do happen. And not just in this situation, but everyday of our lives.
Thank you!

Hi Teri
I know after my EEG's, they always came back normal too. The doctors never were able to say why I had seizures, but I did outgrow them. So be aware and attentive, but don't stress. Hopefully she'll have a similar experience.
Thanks Danyelle. We'll be in to the doctor again in a few weeks and talk more about it.
Glad she's "normal". I hope that everything is better now.
Jamie,
I love that you put "normal" in quotes! We all have different definitions of "normal"!
