It Warms My Heart
Andraia loves school and always talks about her friends. It was so nice today to see her excitedly get on the bus. The two little girls in the front seat both had big smiles for her and said "Hi Draia!" That makes me so happy! Such a small thing, but a big blessing!
That is so sweet and I can appreciate your gratitude! Chase also has such a hard time with friends, so when I see him interacting with kids who WANT to be with him, I'm elated.
I know that nothing warms my heart more than someone actually wanted to be Emily's friend (doesn't happen too often). I'm so happy for that sweet girl. As mothers, I think it means more to us than them sometimes.
Enjoy our blog. We'll keep you up to date on our fantastic little family of six. Earl, Teri, Spencer, Brayden, Andraia, Chloe. Oh, and Max the dog. So, that's 7!!
We are parents. Our job in this life is to keep our children safe, to support, defend and nurture them. We must teach them how to love and be loved. We must show them how important they are in this world. Our job is the scariest, most overwhelming, and difficult job imaginable. And yet, our job is still the best job in the world! --Author Unknown
